For whom: For parents of those with ADHD, adults who have ADHD, as well as professionals working with those who have ADHD. We do not have facilities to have children present.
Format: There will be a presentation of a topic related to ADHD, and then some time at the end for questions and answers. The goal will be to focus on topics that most people will find of value. We will avoid spending a lot of time talking about a specific person or family that does not have some general educational benefit for all. Question and Answer time will be structured so that the group does not deteriorated into a gripe session or an "ain't it awful" complaint time. A support group is not a substitute for professional care.
