Problems we help solve:
|
Masked or Hidden DepressionDepression is not always obvious. It can be associated with difficult to diagnosis illnesses, and vague symptoms of physical distress. Depression can also be hiding behind anxiety and stress reactions. Depression is often intertwined with alcohol abuse. Misbehavior and conduct problems are often symptoms of hidden depression in children and teens. Some people feel that the experience of pain is closely related to depression. When you are depressed, it is difficult to screen out low levels of pain the way people who feel better are able to do. |
